Policies

 LATENESS 

 There is a grace period of 15 minutes. Please note, if you are late than there will be a $10 late fee added. 20 minutes or later after appointment time will automatically be cancelled and result in the loss of your booking fee of $50. Each Service is scheduled to take a certain amount of time for the most effective treatment. Arriving late will limit the time of your service and may result in the service not being fully completed.  

 CANCELLATIONS 

If you wish to reschedule your appointment please do so up to 24 hours prior to appointment. You are only permitted to reschedule your appointment once.

 REFUNDS 

No show will result in no refund. There are no refunds on any body service provided. Whilst we strive to provide excellent service, factual, honest and ethical advice, safe expert treatment from an experienced practitioner, each individual is different and we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if results fail to meet your expectations.
